Gym Facilities

Yes all facilities can be used. We provide showers, lockers, towels and toilets. Changing facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.

Personal Trainers

VIBE Personal Trainers are the very best in the business and guarantee results. If you have problems achieving your exercise goals then Personal Training is definitely the recommended solution. If you have questions on how Personal Training can benefit you, please feel free to speak to any Trainer directly, or alternatively contact reception for details.

Friends and Family

Non-members can use VIBE on a day pass for a cost of £12. All non-members will be asked for a valid form of ID and to complete an exercise waiver prior to entry, and all Club Rules must be followed whilst using the gym. If a guest wants to use VIBE on a more frequent basis, it may be more cost effective to take out a membership; speak to reception for more information.

Membership Sign-up / Joining Vibe Fitness

How to Join online

Visit the online sign up page:   Online Sign Up 

  1. You will need details of the bank account to be used for the Direct Debit
  2. Select the level of gym membership required
  3. Choose the day of the month you want the Direct debit to be paid
  4. Enter your details
  5. Once you sign up you will receive an email with dates of joining and the contract term etc.

You are now ready to start using the Vibe Fitness Gym.  When you make your first / next visit, just let us know you have signed up online and we can welcome you to the gym.

How to Join at the Gym

If your ready to join, just ask a member of staff. This may be after your trial or you can just come and visit us.

  1. You need to know the level of gym membership, if not our staff will help and explain.
  2. You will need details of the bank account to be used for the Direct Debit
  3. Once you sign up you will receive an email with dates of joining and the contract term etc.

Our staff will now take you through the sign up process.

You are now ready to start using the Vibe Fitness Gym.

Free Personal Training Session

We are so convinced of the service our gym provides, we will let you come and have a free personal training session.

You will receive a consultation with one of our qualified Fitness Consultants who will guide you through a work out or maybe you want to come and join one of the classes.

Ending Your Contract

End a contract that is past its minimum term.

  • DO NOT CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED OR YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY OUTSTANDING COSTS
  • You need send an email to membership@vibefitness.co.uk and provide your full name and address and the email used when signing up
  • You need to provide ONE months notice before the contract is terminated.
  • We will contact you with the Termination date and the date of the last payment to be taken. This is determined by the Direct Debit Company we use to control the contracts.
  • After the last payment is taken, you are free to cancel the direct debit.

End a contract that is still within its Minimum term

When you sign up, you are agreeing to be a member for a minimum term. This is generally either 6 or 12 months and will be explained to you via the online system or by one of our staff.

This is the term of the contract.

Once signed up, please refer to your sign up documents, as these will give you the dates of joining and the minimum term.

Do not cancel you Direct Debit until you have completed one of the termination process or you could be liable for any outstanding costs.
