Vibe Fitness Classes

Vibe LBT

What is it: LBT (Leg, Bum, Thighs) targets the common problems areas for the most of us! This session involves a variety of exercises, from lunges, squats all movements that target the legs buttocks and core.

Who is it for: LBT is suitable FOR ALL fitness levels so come along and give it a go!

Duration: 45 minutes

Where: Vibe gym

What to expect: This is a high impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work. LBT’s is a fun packed workout which will tone and shape the targeted areas, as well as increase stamina and cardiovascular fitness overall.

Vibe Kombat Fitness

What is it: A total-body martial arts based workout.

Who is it for: Aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness levels

Duration: 60 minutes

What to expect: This popular class has been specifically designed to create an intense but fun and friendly exercise, combining cardio with muscle toning upper and lower body moves.

Vibe Kombat Fitness trainer and former international fighter has studied and practised a wide range of martial arts including karate, kick- boxing, Muay Thai and boxing – incorporating techniques from each style to create this exhilarating and unique calorie burning class

Vibe Boxercise 

What is it: A class focusing on pad punching and movement exercises for an overall leaner and fitter body.

Who is it for: No boxing experience necessary and suitable for anyone looking for a fun but tough workout to drop the pounds, de-stress and learn the moves of a fighter.

Duration:  60 minutes

What to expect: Targeted toning and sculpting circuits focus on full body moves to enhance overall shape and strength

Vibe Power Hour

What is it: The Power Hour is a high intensity circuit training where your limits will be tested and pushed to the max:

Who is it for: Not the faint hearted! This is not recommended for beginners, however, if you have previous exercise experience, lots of will power and up for a challenge, feel free to come along and give it a go.

Duration: 60 minutes

Where: Vibe gym (outside)

What to expect: Our Power Hour exercises are meant to burn excess fat, build strength, bring out the best in you and prove that you can do things you never thought possible. This killer workout is a total body workout that is high intensity and fast paced.

You will be performing each activity for 60 secs followed by 15 secs rest. For intermediate and advanced workouts rest one minute after each circuit.

The exercises include: Push ups, tyre flips, jerry can walk, battle rope, barrel runs, slam ball, burpees, shuttle runs and much more!

Vibe HIIT

What it is: This high intensity interval session is the ultimate combination of moves to achieve that fit, toned body. This full body approach to group training expends tons of energy to help you look and feel super lean and fighting fit.

Who is it for: Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Where: Vibe gym and Priory Park

What to expect: A dynamic HIIT fitness session like no other, VIBE-HiiT focuses on total body movement patterns to develop muscular shape and tone and LOTS of calorie burning! Get ready to squat, crawl and jump, sweat and above all have fun!

Vibe Slam ball

What is it: A calorie burning, full body workout using a multitude and varied exercises with a slam ball.

Who is it for: Anyone looking for a new challenge and an exciting fitness class with a difference.

Duration: 45 minutes

What to expect: A highly intense but fun interval training session using different slam ball moves for a total body exercise, burning 100s of calories!
