Vibe Power Hour
What is it: The Power Hour is a high intensity circuit training where your limits will be tested and pushed to the max:
Who is it for: Not the faint hearted! This is not recommended for beginners, however, if you have previous exercise experience, lots of will power and up for a challenge, feel free to come along and give it a go.
Duration: 60 minutes
Where: Vibe gym (outside)
What to expect: Our Power Hour exercises are meant to burn excess fat, build strength, bring out the best in you and prove that you can do things you never thought possible. This killer workout is a total body workout that is high intensity and fast paced.
You will be performing each activity for 60 secs followed by 15 secs rest. For intermediate and advanced workouts rest one minute after each circuit.
The exercises include: Push ups, tyre flips, jerry can walk, battle rope, barrel runs, slam ball, burpees, shuttle runs and much more!
